Four items. Today I say goodbye to the Harry Potter scarf, a box of candy canes (because you know, after Christmas sale), a foregrip I made on my 3D printer for my AR-15, and another pair of sunglasses I’ve collected over the years because I can’t seem to ever remember to take some with me so I just buy a cheap pair on the go.
This experience has shown me, in the past four days, how spontaneous and quick I am to blow money in the heat of the moment. It’s easy to feel a high as you are buying something but it quickly fades almost immediately after the checkout line. Why do we do this to ourselves?
